Hi, we’re Mags and Martina. We’re coaches who work with leaders from companies like Google, Atlassian, the BBC and the Australian government. We are truly passionate that all design leaders are equipped with leadership skills to grow their careers.

Mags is a career and executive coach for design leaders across the world. She brings her expertise from living and working in the UK, USA and Australia to how she supports design leaders to find and express their leadership.
Mags cares about three things
Tea - good strong builders tea
Her family - devoted auntie, sister and daughter
Singing - she’s a good solid alto in her choir and a jazz balladeer

Martina transforms things… people, teams, organisations. She also coaches and advises.
She brings together the expertise of a practitioner and the maturity of a senior leader to consult, advise and coach global clients, supporting practiced and aspiring leaders in developing their skills, discipline and teams.
